DEADLINE

You can submit your films until October 31, 2025.

THEME

This year's theme is "Women on the Front Lines: commitment, democracy and the fight for equality.".

The selected movies should tell or document the stories of committed african women,  stories of african women who do not give up, who resist injustice and harassement, who fight for freedom of expression, who imagine and create solutions to make people aware of the difficulties, violence and struggles they face everyday. Stories of African women creating solutions for a better future.

This festival is part of an educational approach and aims to highlight the films (shorts and feature-lenght, fiction and documentaries) dedicated to women from all over Africa and its diaspora, and to celebrate the filmmakers who are interested in them.
